Dr. Jagat Jeevan Ghimire is a Nepalese pediatrician and subspecialist in pediatric pulmonology and intensive care.
Dr. Ghimire completed his MD in Pediatrics from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu and later pursued a Doctorate of medicine (DM)in Pediatric Pulmonology and Intensive Care at AIIMS New Delhi, one of South Asia’s leading academic centers for pediatric subspecialty training and research. During his time at AIIMS, he actively contributed to clinical research, multicenter collaboration, and academic teaching. A key highlight of his academic work is his contribution to a randomized controlled trial published in the journal CHEST: ”Azithromycin for Poorly Controlled Asthma in Children”.
